Great links man, the one on Marx was great. (* atheist warning) After all there is truly no difference between an attempt at political and religious control except the extent to which the manipulators think they are god :)
At least most modern religions are based in love vs. fear and coercion and do net positive results for both the constituents and others they seek to help throughout the world.
