Mixing Ideas

I am listening to last night's Free Talk Live, broadcast from the 2012 New Hampshire Liberty Forum, and I have noticed something that I find absolutely amazing.  Jack Spirko and Joel Salatin are speaking at the forum.  I have mentioned Spirko's Survival Podcast on this blog numerous times, and I recommend all of Salatin's books.  I have long believed that getting these guys in the same room along with the New Hampshire Liberty crowd would be amazing.  It has finally happened.  Sadly, I am not at the Liberty Forum.  Guess I will have to wait for PorcFest this summer.

I have been noticing a lot more crossover on my favorite podcasts lately.  Brett Veinotte from the School Sucks Podcast has increased his presence on The Peace Revolution podcast and the Gnostic Media podcast.  Everything seems to be coming together.  The Tea Party, the Occupy movement, home schoolers and permaculture practitioners are all coming together.  This grass roots is an unstoppable combo.  We live in exciting times.

On a side note, I highly recommend A Weekend With John Taylor Gatto.  It can be found free on YouTube but I would like to encourage you to swing by the Tragedy and Hope page and pick up a DVD to show to family and friends.

See you at Galt's Gulch!
